Former presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz will be campaigning with Republican vice presidential nominee Gov. Mike Pence at Iowa and Michigan rallies for the Trump-Pence ticket on Thursday. Cruz will be delivering remarks at the rallies, according to Pence campaign officials.
Pence has rallies scheduled for Prole, Iowa and Portage, Michigan tomorrow, according to the Trump campaign website. The Iowa event will take place at Bruere Farm at 11 a.m. and the Michigan rally is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Museum.

Who loves himself most, has the biggest ego on the planet and is narcissistic to the extreme? Donald Trump.
Cruz represents everything, in principle and in deed, that Trump is not.

I agree. Cruz is a sleaze, but he still has a small but loyal cult following who might refuse to vote for Trump out of spite unless their hero tells them to get out and vote for the party nominee. In swing states, every vote counts, so Cruz's endorsement may very well help get Trump elected.
The same is true for any and all establishment Republicans who endorse Trump or say that they'll vote for him. I despise Paul Ryan and loathe Jorge P. Bush, but there are enough voters out there who (God only knows why) respect them that their lukewarm support will help Trump too.
No American, that is.

All of the above on a shoestring budget compared to most of the 16 competitors he’s defeated (after they spent 100's of millions of donor bucks).

35. Take a serious look at NATO.
36. Require our allies to pay more for their defense.

Since DJT has Cruz on the campaign trail today with Mike Pence, then it must be a win situation for Trump / Pence.
He is there specifically to help bring in the votes, and in those specific territories, Cruz will deliver.
