Governmental largess and strangling regulations have made it necessary for these business’ to seek more inexpensive ways of doing things to stay in business and make a profit.

Excessively so as they all tried to position themselves for the windfall that Obama care promised. This is nothing more than the governmental attempted regulation (and taxation) of the “free market” supply and demand process.

Obama (ObamaCare) caused it but the insurance companies are easily made out to be the bad guys.
