I thought the “transfer” was debunked.
That was mentioned by several folks on different threads.
I dunno.
After posting, I checked it out myself.
Reports are mixed. Snopes has "debunked" it -- but Snopes isn't necessarily a credible source anymore.
And the initial report was repeated by a number of other sources -- none of them particularly credible, however.
At this point, I believe we'd have to call the Clintons' transfer of $1.8 billion to Qatar "unconfirmed".
It was a dodgy site that has posted disinfo before.
It’s the way things are done. Muddy the waters, mix fact and fiction, set up false sites to troll people looking for info, let peer pressure do the rest.
I put it in the *maybe* file, pending further information.
