In the four years Hillary Clinton sent and received State Department correspondence using a private and insecure email system, Harold T. Martin III allegedly stockpiled classified information inside his Maryland home and an unlocked shed.
Martin faces charges for alleged theft of government documents and mishandling classified information that carry up to 11 years in prison, and he’s been behind bars since his August arrest....
Defense attorneys for prominent whistleblowers, accused leakers and careless clearance-holders say that unless more damning evidence emerges they could see Martin making a successful plea for leniency by pointing to the Justice Department’s decision this summer not to prosecute Clinton.

No, her crimes should not let him off the hook. Her crimes should be judged by themselves, by the statutes. She is clearly a felon and most likely guilty of treason.

Oh they want to nail this guy and make an example of him. He’s guilty of every charge related to his irresponsible handling of very TS classified material. I may be the only one saying his intention doesn’t appear bad. However, that is not an excuse. Just my 2 cents. Of course, while reading about him, I’ve also learned about ‘Shadow Brokers’ who buy this type of material and was recently auctioning it off. It’s definitely an interesting story that’s been going on. If you research back a month or 2 and read the local DC / Baltimore news, you’ll be able to follow in more detail about this guy. The MSM is sort of missing interesting details.
