I heard the very beginning.
Two points:
One, he called the elite behavior classic high school. This underscores what I have thought for many years: Humans are both social and corrupt. Therefore, cliques and conspiracies are the norm, not the exception. For many, being part of the in crowd, the top crowd, supersedes all else: pecking order.
Two, Limbaugh continues to speak of people like James Comey and Ken Starr as though they are incorruptible, and just victims of circumstance. This make me view Rush as either an establishment stooge, or a deluded ideologue.
Ken Starr was a plant: a foil to give conservatives a Pyrrhic Victory without tearing down the elite. He blocked Miguel Rodriguez and David Schippers from getting to the bottom of the Clinton body count. The Republicans never intended to seriously pursue honest impeachment.
James Comey has a long history of participating in investigations that exonerated the Clintons. He is thoroughly corrupt.
I think that by reopening the FBI investagation, Comey helped Trump.
