There has been a consolidated effort to populate Northern Virginia with people from the eastern cities of Baltimore and DC. That area always vote dem so they are here in droves. There is also welcome for newer immigrants and are supposed to vote dem. Certain districts are completely in the bag and McCaulife won Virginia for the Party.
He was so good at this, taxpayers have to support his voters and this success stands as a purple pimple in the face of Virginia and American voters across the Nation.
