Billionaire Sheldon Adelson has committed $25 million to an anti-Hillary Clinton super PAC, just one week before the presidential and congressional elections are decided on Nov. 8, according to a Fox News report late Monday.
Republican sources told the cable news station that Adelson may dump an additional $25 million on top of this donation into races for the White House, Senate and House of Representatives in the next few days as well.

Wow! I wonder what he considers “pocket change”?
My Girlfriend came back from early voting Saturday and said She almost put Me in as a Write in for County Soil and Water Commisioner.
I wonder if He would send a few bucks My way if I ran for it as a Write in?
You’ll have to compete with Hillary’s diaper for Soil & Water Commissioner.
I wish some knowledgeable FReeper would post a thread about how the Senate races are looking now...
I’m fairly sure one of the job perks would be a Backhoe to plant the “hoe”
This is for the County not the fedz.
I’ll venture like a bunch of Horse A$$e$.
Sorry Horses, I didn’t mean to degrade your species. Y’all are WAY more useful than any senator...
Must be nice to have $25 million to commit to ANYTHING.
This is interesting because both Adelson and Trump compete in the same business.
Here is the $25 million dollar ad - Hillary has a Nixon problem

Last week a Facebook schmuck donated 35 million to Hillary.
Talk about bad timing.
when are we going to start seeing the fruits of this money?
Every commercial I’ve seen watching fox here in Central Ohio the last couple of days has been a Hillary campaign commercial.
NH, MO, PA, NC are still toss-ups. The GOP are defending all those seats. Indiana is tight with Bahy taking another bite at the apple. Nevada is also tight. That race is significant because that’s the only legit GOP pickup chance this year.
Best case scenario, the GOP loses a seat or two. Worst case scenario, the Senate flips back. God help us if Cankles manages to cheat her way to a win in that scenario. The SCOTUS is lost.
If Trump loses, and I increasingly doubt that outcome, I think the single biggest criticism is that he and Republican PACs have not countered Clinton advertising. Yes, his free advertising helped, but right now he is no longer going on every TV and cable show, thus, the last-minute voter, just now tuning in, hears only Clinton’s narrative. Do they hear Trump’s? Do they see through the smoke, see Trump’s plan for America, see Clinton’s Nixon-like lies, her blatant corruption?
I know Kirk in IL (bleeping GOP-e Rhino who would not support Trump) loses almost for sure. Except for Supreme Court judgeships, that’s no big loss, but, still...
Maybe Trump can point out how important the Court is, and for voters to support even Pub Senate candidates who don’t support him: This might help a couple of them, and also makes him look reasonable and magnanimous...
Toomey is advertising like crazy in PA. TV, radio, internet...I’m playing QuizUp on my mobile phone and even getting Toomey ads there. Pretty sure he’s out-advertising McGinty. His main headwind might be the Trump people boycotting him because he refuses to endorse or say if he’s voting for Trump. Northeastern PA is filled with Trump signs but rarely do they put a Toomey sign next to his.
PA just had a statewide female office-holder A.G. go down in a corruption scandal a month ago. The appetite for another statewide female elected official may not be there. I don’t think PA’s had many females in statewide positions before.
I’m cautiously optimistic that Toomey wins here. Even though I think Trump will lose, albeit with a smaller margin of loss than Romney had.
Not that it’s a bad thing but where was this last week, the week before?
“This is interesting because both Adelson and Trump compete in the same business.”
Except that if Trump gets elected, he won’t be competing in that business for 4-8 years.
A businessman doesn’t want to put money in a candidate who looks like he’s going to lose. No question that a 13-point swing towards Trump in a poll is going to give people more confidence.
“Counter Clinton Ads”
Trump Ads are all over Wisconsin TV and Radio.. GOP ads here I believe are 3-1 to DNC..
