Although this story sounds like contrived hot garbage, why should I be surprised that foreign governments wouldn't be trying to hack/snoop on our government, or potential presidential candidates, or even private industry?
That is why our government, and industries, are supposed to take precautions when handling important documents.
That is why Hillary should be in jail for skirting the systems.

I'd expect our government to be snooping/hacking on other foreign governments, however they seem to devote their resources to hack/snoop on its own citizens. They (the US Government) treat us (American citizens) as bigger enemies than they do non-citizens.
