John Casey has been making the case for this for a couple of years now. Supposed to be noticeable this winter. The worst effect is said to be very, very wet springs and falls. Could impact crop yields. I guess we’ll see.

Wet fall indeed. It took 6 1/2 weeks before the rain here stopped long enough for me to mow my lawn 10 days ago.

It’s been raining pretty much every day since. The clouds will break up, sun comes out for 20 minutes, then the skies close in and the deluge begins anew.

At least I don’t have to shovel it < BG >

Well that would explain the over 2 inches of rain we’ve had here in the desert in SE Washington this October!
