I read this as Obama covering his ass with goodwill toward Comey if Trump wins considering he’s already been implicated for knowledge of her server or perhaps he knows what’s in those emails.
Here’s a prediction
As much as the Hildebeast and her minions constantly lie and hide her health problems, expect them to use it for all its worth when trying to mount a criminal defense. “This poor women.......with all of her health issues.....”
This seems to confirm my thesis that it was NOT the “agents mutiny” that caused this but an order from Obama to cut this off at the bud.
