If they were to knock on the door....it would be best to pretend you are hopelessly unable to pick the right candidate, and let them spend two hours talking to you over Hillary. Five or six a day like that....and their enthusiasm will drain out.
I have thought of doing that, to tell the truth.
Then after two hours tell them, "I already voted for Trump."
