I know from a case in which I was a defendant Yahoo can produce every email someone ever received or sent. They say they keep 3 months but under court order they can go back indefinitely.
I have email over 15 years old at yahoo, I can imagine they don’t delete, that they have backups going back to the 90s.

Which one is harder to spell; espionage or treason?
Yahoo will cover for the Democrats. It will be like Hillary deleting her emails.
That is what makes it even worse - that the account was on Yahoo. 500 million accounts were hacked in 2014, when a "state-sponsored actor" stole account information, including names, emails, passwords, telephone numbers and answers to some security questions.
Yahoo was compromised in 2014. 500 million @yahoo.com accounts were fully exposed, including passwords. The database was listed for sale on the dark web. Worse, Yahoo waited two years to come forward with the security breach.
Think about this, how often do people use the same password for multiple accounts? Any high value target that held a Yahoo account that also used their Yahoo password on e.g. gov’t systems have just compromised national security to unknown actors.
The level of compromise is absolutely stunning. And here we have Clinton and team skirting basic security protocol to conceal a criminal enterprise. The fact that more information hasn’t been leaked should be concerning: somebody is holding onto blackmail material.
A Clinton presidency will be a national catastrophe even before her policy can be enacted.
Wonder if the Yahoo hack is related to this ... or just more proof of why you shouldn’t do this.
If Yahoo’s website goes offline today we’ll know the fix is in.
Just so I understand this- Are they saying they want to know all the IP’s
of those who logged into those accounts that Huma forwarded State department email to?
SO we could tell how many different entities could have logged in using Huma’s login credentials and from where?
Nah. Not all of them. Just the ones Putin logged in to. ;-)
Don’t forget Yahoo suffered a massive breach over the summer and had people change passwords. Not every account but who can say which?
So can the NSA.....
For the Rat's, this linkage is a tar pit they dare not jump into. They cannot defend Hillary against this charge. They can't.
For us, it's a check-mate move to tie Hillary to Benghazi via Huma's emails.
Yahoo was the victim of a well-publicized hacking of a half-million email accounts.
Somebody out there has these emails.
(not to mention, Carlos Danger was certainly using that computer to surf porn sites....the Grand Central Station of hackers and malware)
espionage.
I had to google the spelling : )
Seems the latest news is that Huma used Weiner’s computer to back up her cell phone, so these emails the FBI is looking at were running around on totally non secure cell phone or phones.
This is very bad.
I’m laughing at the Mark Cuban angle to this turn of events.
