A central Florida newspaper has apologized to its readers for the decidedly anti-Donald Trump coverage that has been published during the election.
The Daily Commercial published an editorial titled The media, the election and bias on Oct. 23 that explained the paper is reliant on wire services for much of its election coverage and those reports are weighted heavily against Trump.
The Daily Commercial hasnt done enough to mitigate the anti-Trump wave in the pages of this paper, it wrote. You deserve a more balanced approach to the coverage of elections and other weighty issues.

Thanks. Biased apology. Worthless.
I put, “they can kiss my Trump voting ass.” But I will agree with you also.
Trying to wipe the egg off the editorial face before it turns sulphuric.
I cancelled my newspaper subscription way back when the local Freedom Newspapers rag did an issue on the Million Queer march on Washington and every item in the paper was something extolling the wonderfulness of being queer. The Herald’s circulation lost a big chunk in just a few days and never got it back.
Translation: Oops, after endorsing Hillary our patriotic subscribers decided to cancel their subscription, so we are losing $$.
they must be bleeding subscriptions.
its too little too late. the old media is dead!
Too little, too late. I don’t know anyone that respects the media anymore.

The original isn’t so much an apology as a “curse on both your houses”. Clearly they have upset their customers, but just as clearly they still like Hillary and will do their best to present Trump in unflattering ways, just not be so obvious about it in the future.
You are evidently also supposed to feel for the editor now that he actually has to edit wire stories because they are so badly biased against Trump that their readers noticed.

That’s a good summation of the whole thing right there.
