A comparison of Wikileaks Podesta email #27936 of October 13, 2015 and James Fallows' Atlantic column of October 13, 2015 [Trey Gowdy's Benghazi Committee and the Problem of False Equivalence] reveals that the email appears to be a draft copy of the column printed later that day.
The column appears to be marshalling the Media troops for the coming showdown between Gowdy's Benghazi committee and Secretary Clinton on October 22, 2015, a week later.
Why does the Clinton campaign have a draft copy? Perhaps because the information was needed ASAP for "Media communications"? :)
Also, the text differences between the two documents - the email and the article - lend credence to the genuine nature of the Wikileaks drops.
The differences are small editorial corrections/preparation for print status.
Another interesting point is that one or both of the New York Times articles linked in the email/article appear to be coordinated, also - meaning that their content was used to bolster the argument of Fallows' MAIN article.
The NYT articles had been Net-posted at 8:00 PM the previous day, and at 3:00 AM the same day.
Another one bites the dust.
Not only are corporate jets anathema to the typical NPR listener, but I believe that Fallows owns a stake in one or more of those businesses.
So he is basically a total hypocrite.
Thanks for that info. :)
ping to you. :)
