I think that’s nonsense. What would the mechanics be of rolling back the prior vote?
Furthermore, I think some of those states don’t have early voting. For example, Connecticut and Michigan.
I’ve seen that meme spread around but it needs to be verified.
I think this only applies to the absentee ballot - not early voting
