So according to her Comey was suppose to say the Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATION is conducting a "finding out" not an investigation and promise nothing criminal will be discovered because apparently the FBFO (Federal Bureau of Finding Out) just looks into random things to keep people employed even if there is no potential criminality involved.
