I read an article this morning that said they did not need a warrant at this time because Weiner gave them the laptop willingly and he is being fully cooperative.
Read it, also. Still, why all the concern about AG Lynch not providing a search warrant? My earlier guess is because of community ownership. So, now why does the FBI have access? This is so convoluted.
