Yeah could be. Only need someone to blow their ‘house of cards’ away. I’m putting popcorn on my grocery list.

Various reports indicate the NYPD was the first to discover the e-mails on Weiner’s laptop. There are rumors that senior FBI officials initially expressed little interest, then realized that the rank-and-file NYPD hate Bill and Hill and would start leaking them quickly. The final straw was the toxic atmosphere within the FBI that developed after Comey left HRC off the hook. Not only was Comey facing death from a thousand leaks from the NYPD, he knew his own agents would begin leaking and there would be mass retirements as well, and more details on the “decision-making” process.

Comey was trying to get ahead of a tsunami.

Wonder if the British bookies are offering odds on ‘

a) Huma going to jail
b) Loretta Lynch going to the big house
c) Hillary discovering orange is the new black

I have a question and want to know if the legal minds would know.

If the fed takes over this case and charges are filed, could the potus give her a pardon? If the states opened this with the RICO act could the potus give a pardon?

“I read some ‘totally undocumented’ speculation that Weiner may have been trying to sell some classified info to foreign entities”

He might also have flipped to avoid espionage charges from Huma’s activites. He probably witnessed a lot, and was likely aware. She was probably passing intel to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Saudi Government, just talking with her family.

It wonder if she is a flight risk?

“could the potus give her a pardon? “

Yes. Presidential pardon has basically no restriction. Anything and everything goes - State charges, Federal charges, no charges yet filed.

No, they may testify against each other.

They may not be compelled to testify against each other.

What fog? Bret Baier emailed Chris Wallace on air that 2 sources confirm. 2 sources is actually good journalistic practice and an on-air email was preemptive so Wallace didn’t trip on the dick.

Better than government work. Weiner can plead to one offense and Loretta Lynch is irrelevant!

From what I understand, not only did NYPD have the emails, so did the investigators in North Carolina, where the 15-yr-old girl lives.

If other rumors are true, the real killer isn’t in the emails themselves (so far), but in proof Hillary accompanied Bill and Weiner to Epstein’s island.

It varies by state.

I’m not a lawyer, either, but I know of a case in another state concerning child porn and sexual acts and communication with a minor in a different state where the wife’s computer was confiscated. No consent asked or given. Went to appeal on “Fruit of the poisonous tree” and appeal was denied because the minor victim filed a complaint and the perp took a plea (multiple instances, indicted on only one). This was actually 2 cases with two convictions, one Federal child porn and one child sexual abuse in the state of the victim. Evidence was confiscated in the perp’s state of residence at request of Feds and minor’s state of residence.

Two 10-year sentences, one federal, one state, consecutive, not concurrent.

Yup. He showed his dick to a teenage girl.

Not many people mention that while he was photographing himself in bed sending — and most likely receiving — nasty photos, his very small child was in the photos, in bed with Weiner.

I’m pretty sure that’s a bad thing when it comes to kiddie porn.
