Since when does the FBI have to have a warrant to look at evidence in the possession of a police department that THEY got through a legal warrant.

Maybe the DoJ erected another "Chinese Wall" between FBI and local law enforcement...a la Gorelick.

I think this is all crap about preventing the FBI from doing their Congressionally mandated task through OBAMA. If the DOJ goes rogue, then OBAMA is held responsible. If the FBI is an arm of the federal government(working for US, you do know, you and me,) do they not have a responsibility to the American people to do their job without interference?

Lynch is the pignut in the heystack and it is time for Obama to get rid of her. If he cannot do that, it is time for Congress to get rid of Obama...long past time, in my opinion.
