I think they know the entire story on what might be in the emails, but I believe the FBI only has a part of the total. Their job is to wring the entire story out of that pair, knowing only part of it.
I would be telling Huma that with 10,000 emails that she swore she turned over but didn't we will be getting 1 year for each email. Throwing way the key to her cell is too mild -- we will weld it shut and never open the door for anything.

What would they do about it? I can only think of two possibilities:
1. Brazen it out and try to win the election, in which case they have enough power to sweep it all under the rug in the next four years, or
2. Enough deaths that the Black Plague looks like a Sunday School picnic.
They were already ahead in the polls and had enough election fraud going on that they were pretty sure of winning, so option 1 was better.
0HOUR1 either has some really amazing ability to find out information or else he is a con man on the level of Aussie Bloke. Time will tell.
