So am I wrong to assume that any immunity agreements from the Hillary investigation are not applicable to this probe? If the FBI finds contradictory evidence in the Weiner emails they can act in them against Hillary? Right?
The NYPD did not grant anyone immunity. Sounds like fair game to me.
As I remember ... no grand jury means no subpoenas. And the Clinton folks did not get an immunity deal approved by a judge ... they got a letter from the FBI that they would not recommend prosecution to the Justice department.
