DNC interim chair (Donna Brazile) on Clinton's FBI news: She has already been cleared

Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile admonished the FBI Friday for telling Congress it found new emails related to Hillary Clinton's private server, and called on the federal agency to state immediately that the Democratic nominee is in the clear.

"FBI Director Comey unequivocally cleared Hillary Clinton of any intentional wrongdoing three months ago, and said that no reasonable prosecutor would pursue the case in question further. Now, 11 days away from the election, he released a vague letter that immediately led to rampant speculation in the news media," Brazile said in a statement provided to the Washington Examiner.

"This would be an irresponsible action at any time and, unsurprisingly, Donald Trump and Republicans are rushing to politicize this episode without any of the facts," her statement added.

Going by Comey, he could not find “intent”. Not that she was cleared. Now he seems to have found the “intent” with the new evidence. As Rudy said any prosecutor would have had enough evidence in the first place to file charges and get a conviction.

One more thing. I think it is good for the FBI to lay off the Clinton Foundation until after Trump is sworn in. Then he can go after them with both barrels. I don’t think Obama can pardon the Clinton’s for something they have not been charged with. Also the Clinton Foundation will still be in operation on January 21 2017. So the crime(s) will still be continuing or going on.

If the prosecutor declines to prosecute you, that does not mean you have been cleared.

That just means that in their view they don’t have enough evidence to prosecute you at that time.
