Uh, I find the “good cop/bad cop” interpretation to be completely bizarre. Lynch’s objection simply pours more gasoline on the fire of corruption at the DoJ. It adds another note to the symphony of doubt regarding the whole corrupt mess of Hillary, her illegal emails, her lies and corrupt self-dealings as SoS, and the lies and corruption of the obama administration. Yes. It leads immediately to the question "Ok, Mrs. Lynch, what sort of things are you hiding about other members of your administration?"
Of course that question would be asked if Lynch was a man, looked like Ed Meese, and was AG for a Republican president.
