Attorney General told FBI director James Comey NOT to send letter to Congress about bureau reopening the investigation into Hillary's emails because it could influence the election outcome
Attorney General Loretta Lynch advised Comey against sending a letter to Congress about the FBI's reopened investigation into Clinton's emails She argued to Comey that he should follow the Justice Department's practice of not taking actions that could influence the election Attorney General Loretta Lynch advised and objected against FBI Director James Comey's move to send a letter to Congress to inform them about the reopening of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server.
Lynch argued to Comey that he should follow the Justice Department's practice of not taking actions that could influence the outcome of a presidential election, The New Yorker reported on Saturday.
Comey broke from Lynch, who objected to the move along with the Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and independently sent the letter to Congress on Friday, dropping the bombshell about the restarted investigation based on newly discovered emails, rocking Clinton's campaign.
Comey's supporters argue that he had to break away from Lynch and act independently on the issue due to her compromising herself when she had an impromptu visit with former president Bill Clinton late into the investigation earlier this year. Comey broke away and sent a memo to bureau staffers explaining his decision to notify Congress He wrote that the FBI would not 'ordinarily' inform Congress about its ongoing investigations But said he noted he felt an 'obligation to' given that he testified repeatedly in recent months that bureau's investigation was completed On Friday, he sent a letter to eight Republican lawmakers regarding the reopened investigation - rocking Clinton's campaign

I doubt it.
Trump has labeled her Crooked Hillary. And now the FBI has confirmed the label.
OK, so the question is: Did Comey tell Lynch exactly what information generated his letter to Congress and the reopening of the investigation. WIll she arrange another “chance meeting” or call or text or other communication with Bill Clinton? I’d keep an eye on her and all her ‘devices’ 24/7 for the next few weeks.
it was unintentional huma
lol
Could Hillary be worrying about very bad Benghazi emails showing up?
Yes and more.
That will become the Saturday Night Massacre, Part Deux Douche.
Man oh man, the lock em up group gets bigger by the day.
Would someone send this clown Back to the Ghetto in NYC.
PLEASE.
No, he was indicted on June 16, 1992 - http://www.nytimes.com/1992/06/17/us/weinberger-faces-5-counts-in-iran-contra-indictment.html?pagewanted=all
I’m hoping Obama is badly implicated in all of this-even more so than Hillary. His arrogance has just been astounding. It’s a high horse to fall off of.
I think Obama actually broke the law when he released those GITO terrorists without telling Congress, so what are they so worried about. Maybe if “Congress” had not let them get away with all of their law breaking for 8 years we wouldn’t be in this situation.
My opinion, is that Commie consulted with Lynch, who consulted with Obola. Whatever is likely to leak out has to be so damaging that Lynch and Obola signed off on this likely to protect Obola. I do not believe that the dirty cop Commie, decided at this point to go straight, rogue and turn on Lynch/Obola.
Interesting theory, probably true. Obama must be protected at all costs for some dark reason.
Lynch’s objections appear blatantly political to me.
I imagine there is also a policy somewhere about not pilfering divorce records that have been sealed by a court and releasing them to the public within 60 days of an election, and we all know how that was respected by Lynchs boss.
Well, Huma’s computer with the emails backed up on it was in Weiner’s home, and so was Huma’s mother. There are photos of Muslim Brotherhood Grandma with the little Weiner, taking him to the park, etc.
+1
FR is valuable.
I did not know that. Makes it even more interesting.
She's going to get into trouble
Why does she think she's there...run interference.
