House Dem: FBI will exonerate Clinton again (Beware of Comey's Treachery)
Washington Examiner ^ | 10/28/16 5:18 PM | Joel Gehrke

FBI investigators will exonerate Hillary Clinton for the second time this year, a top House Democrat said in response to news that the agency found new emails "pertinent" to the probe of Clinton's private email server.

"Nothing in today's letter suggests that the FBI or the Department of Justice will reach a different conclusion than the one they reached months ago, when they decided criminal prosecution was unwarranted," Michigan Rep. John Conyers, the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, said Friday.

FBI Director James Comey shocked D.C. with a short letter to several members of Congress that said he was reopening the Clinton email investigation.

"In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation," he wrote. "I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation."

The new emails reportedly were obtained during an investigation of former Rep. Anthony Weiner's sexting scandal; the New York Democrat is the estranged husband of longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Comey's letter, cryptic as it was, led Republicans to believe that Clinton may be at risk of indictment once again, despite Comey's earlier decision not to recommend that the Justice Department charge Clinton for her "extremely careless" handling of classified information.

"Whatever new evidence has been found should be thoroughly investigated, and I hope that — unlike with the prior investigation — Director Comey will demonstrate the courage to uphold the law and restore the integrity of the FBI," Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said in response to the letter. "Elected officials, no matter how high their position, should be held accountable for criminal conduct. The rule of law matters, and it should apply equally and fairly to us all."

Conyers dismissed such statements as wishful thinking. "Donald Trump and his allies seem to put their faith in the integrity of the FBI only when it serves their political purposes," he said. "I would expect that this investigation will continue to be impartial, and that this additional step — taken only in an abundance of caution — will further clear Secretary Clinton of any wrongdoing."

This is just a huge RED HERRING to get the attention in the media away from Hillary-Obama-DOJ-FBI conspiracy and crimes that WIKILEAKS has already exposed.

If so, I believe they are too clever by half, for the impact on Clinton this close to the election will cost her badly-needed votes by those who are not Kool-Aid drinkers. At the least, those people will go Third Party or not vote at all because of this news.

Here is my theory.

Comey has millions in ill gotten gains from Billary.
So he put people he has the goods on to investigate Billary.

Meanwhile all these other investigations going on.
The NYCPD Special Crimes is investigating Weiner and uncovers tons of crap that is outside Comey “The Weasels” control. He can’t destroy it OR cover it up due to it being in possession of an outside agency.

Oh, crap! He has to go public with it.

It is obvious that this is NOT due to serious evidence, or threats to national security because by just setting up the server to obstruct justice that bar was already met.

Of course we have been hearing about the mutiny in the FBI, so that put more pressue on Comey as well. This is likely worse that we’ve heard. The problem is that Comey cannot fire anyone, as they will go to the press.

I hold the same belief. I think Comey had no choice as investigators have discovered a trove of evidence. I really doubt he wanted to make this announcement yesterday but his back was against the wall. Here’s hoping that the investigators in NY are the ones who secured Huma’s devises. I doubt there is any love for the Clintons or the Weiners in that group.

If so, this is the most stupid attempt to help Hillary that I’ve ever seen.

If they found evidence of a Federal crime, jurisdiction passes to the FBI. The feds will take everything. Our only hope is that there are ten good men left in Sodom.

Giuliani: FBI did 'irresponsible' investigation on Clinton

4:48...Well I get two stories out of the FBI, ok. One story is this came from the Weiner sex tapes and it's about Huma Abedin and did she send classified information to Weiner.

I want to know what the second story from the FBI is!!!

There are 10s of thousands of emails. It will take at least a month to check everyone.

Saying they planned this is the equivalent of saying they aimed very carefully before shooting themselves in the foot.

The FBI can’t exonerate her in a week - if they could there would be no reason to make the announcement. And they could easily have sat on this for a week no matter what else comes out.

I don’t know what is going on, but at this point a drunk driving arrest in a school zone would be a welcome distraction for Hillary.

My theory is that a deal was made on the tarmac. Hillary was to step down sometime In August or September due to her health issues, in exchange for her not being prosecuted. Any way she has double crossed Comey.

The letter itself has done the damage. There are tens of thousands of emails and he found out on Thursday. There is no time to say it’s just a fire drill. If it is a fire drill then Comey has to go.
There are incriminating emails and they all know it.

I am a nihilist. The facts of “good person” and of “good result” are unrelated; activities produce conclusions, and if we are not hampered by ignorance or illusion, we can often find out what those are. Imagine all the horrible deaths people experienced before they learned to defecate away from their water supply.

Every living soul knows that she is corrupt. Her being corrupt is not the problem. The problem is that those that know she is corrupt don’t give a damn that she is corrupt.

In the end I believe there are more of us than the braindeads. Americans rise to the occasion and don’t like to be fu**ed over by their own countrymen. Maybe I’m too hopeful but I truly believe we will begin a Renaissance as a people and a country beginning Tuesday night.

At one time, I believed about the same thing. One of the reasons I voted for George W Bush was the expectation that he would prosecute the members of the Clinton crime cartel. You know how that one worked out. At any rate, we always get the Government we deserve, not necessarily the one we want.
