I can't help but think this was Obama's October surprise. For many years I've seen two camps in the democrat party. One is the Clinton camp, the other is the Kennedy camp. Obama was Teddy's hand picked choice - his 'face man' while he (Teddy) would wield power from behind. That plan went out the window when Teddy died. To salvage it, Biden, Kerry, and maybe Dodd and Leahy had to prop up O. After the election, O. kept his enemy Hillary close.

Fast forward to today and O. wielded his power to destroy the Clinton camp forever.

The new world order in the democrat party will be O. bashing Trump relentlessly for the next 2 years, after which Michelle will announce her candidacy for 2020.

From O.'s perspective, he crushes the Clinton camp forever, get's 2 years of vacation and wealth accumulation, spends 2 years organizing for Michelle's 2020 run, then get's back into the WH to resume his agenda.

Disagree, at first I thought Obama might be behind a lot of this, but there is chance he could be implicated. He did email Hillary to the unsecured server.

Me thinks Comey sees the writing on the wall with Trump and chose the lesser of two evils, that is reduce his jail time with Trump and fore go his loyalty to Obama.
