Interesting. Hillary can be replaced by the upper echelon of the party in an emergency meeting, but Hillary has to agree to leave. I don’t see her doing it unless Obama tells her she has to drop out or she doesn’t get a pardon. She could certainly withdraw for health reasons.

Early voting has started. Once voting has started, no change can be made to the ticket, thanks to both the 1887 law and the Supreme Court's decision in 2000 in Bush v. Gore. They have to wait until after the votes are certified after the November 8 election.

Checkmate? The lady is ill. Her staff were lied to about her emails. From the Podesta emails, many are surprised when their trust in Madame Sec. is broken. They are idealists and young. Some more ignorant than others. So with everything closing in on the grifters (sigh, finally Doug!) it is possible that emergency mtg will take place. Besides, even Democrats cannot be happy about an ‘eyebrow’ weirdo from Virginia topping the ticket.
