- Since the second presidential debate, online fundraising has grown significantly, hitting $4.6 million Thursday alone
- The new commercials will attack Mrs. Clinton as an insider, alleging that the Clinton family improperly used its government and foundation ties for personal gain, and contrast her with Mr. Trump as being an agent of change, one adviser said. They will air in the key states of Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Virginia, he said. The campaign may surprise observers with ads in other states, too, he added.
- The decision to put more money into TV ad buys follows the Trump campaigns internal polling, which showed the success of its latest ads attacking Mrs. Clinton.
Wish I had more to help out.
“...wired $10 million of his own money into his presidential campaign Friday morning, two advisers said. The cash infusion will be used to buy $25 million in new TV advertising...”
That’s a neat trick!
I’m sure his 10 is to augment 15 put aside. Bad reporting, but glad he’s staying on the offensive.
I’m in PA, and don’t have cable. I’ve seen a handful of his ads when out and about. (restaurants, bars, etc..)
And if Trump thought he was losing, do you think he would put in his own money?
How much did Hillary put in of her money?
Note, they criticize him for 'only' putting in 64 million of his own money!
His campaign is on time and under budget. She’s outspending him but he’s getting the most for his money.
Smart money player. Waits until he KNOWS exactly where the money is going to be most important for ads and then plans to spend it.
Someone will do a poster “Drain the Swamp!” showing a plumbers helper (toilet plunger).
Maybe Joe the Plumber will assist.
He is a bit late in Florida...we mailed our ballots in over 2 weeks ago...he should have started ads here 3-4 weeks ago.
Better late than never!
They REALLY REALLY REALLY need to pound the obamacare cost increases!
