Yeah and our Navy would have suffered a defeat of similar magnitude at the hands of the Russians back when they tried to pin the ISIS/MB chemical attack on Assad. We sent a large task force to the Med which turned tail and ran because it would have gotten annihilated by both Russian naval and ground based air power.
