Like it or loathe it, jury nullification still pops up in our country’s legal system from time to time. And tonight a jury in Oregon just gave the Bronx salute to the United States Government.

Jury nullification is a critical feature of American culture, and is as an important check on potential government Tyranny and Arbitrary Law.

Juries should always be fully informed as to their historical role and powers, especially their right to nullify bad laws and bad applications of the law.

Many government entities actively suppress free speech related to jurors' access to this extremely important feature of our justice system.
