Truly, all kidding aside... the woman is truly ill. Why is she even doing this? She should be staying home and spending time as a grandma. 99.999% of any other 70-year olds would do not do this, especially with what looks like a debilitating progressive disease....
As I get older (just turned 64 last month), I am more concerned about falls and am very careful on stairs. And it was raining and the stairs could have been slippery. There are plenty of other things to concentrate on.
Maybe use a crane to onload her.
Could be those heels on her shoes. They’re pretty skinny. Someone with mobility issues might want to consider more appropriate footwear. Yeah, not as chic, but it beats a faceplant.

Kaine’s Bus holds him, the Press and the People attending his Rallies. That way they save money on Diesel.
When it’s over, Kaine gets Hillary a Cane.
