NBC has an article titled "Obamacare Not at Top Of Voters' Minds As Election Day Nears". You have to read more than halfway through the article to come to this sentence: "The Kaiser poll, which questioned 1,205 adults, was conducted from Oct. 12 to 18, before the release of the 2017 Obamacare prices."

It is racist to imply anything negative about Obama.
I suspect some voters with suppressed negativity will take it out on Obama-2 as it is less racist to be negative about her.
Note that in our society being racist is far worse than being sexist. Sexism is something we can joke about. But most of us are not allowed to joke about racism.
