The article says 80% of the budget goes to pay “civil servants”. There’s the problem right there.

Now if I recall, it was Nancy Pelosi that once pointed out how more Goverment employees meant more tax payers and that was good for the economy. But she was also the same nincompoop that said unemployment and/welfare was good for the economy because it created jobs.
