Obama got 96% of the Black vote against McCain in 2008 . He got 93% of the Black Vote against Romney in 2012. If Trump gets in the teens I don’t see how Clinton has a chance in swing states like FL, OH, PA where the Democrats have to bank huge numbers of black voters in the inner city to counter the fact that outside of the big cities these states are quite red.

In the inner cities, black votes get tallied and handled by Democrat machine apparatchiks. Some of their districts did not just go 100% for Obama, they went 106%, or 108%.
Actual black votes don’t matter on the Democrat plantations. It only matters who counts the votes.
