I hope we make it that far. This business of no-fly zones in Syria and “shoot down the Russians” has accomplished the impossible: it took our already mangled foreign policy into the arena of rubber-room head-banging. It’s too far out for a James Bond movie, it’s too stupid to be a conspiracy, it’s a five-year-old with a bottle of whiskey and the keys to the family car.
Best post of the month, imho. Just add a liter of nitroglycerin in the back seat, and you’ve got the start of a poem.
