Can someone provide some more background? Why would he need to seek asylum? Is he identified by CF or US Authorities as a major leak? Does he have smoking gun materials? I assume as CFO he knows how and where the money has been moved and used, but what would be his reason to flee and seek asylum? Is there a pending arrest or indictment? Is this political asylum he is allegedly seeking? If so what’s the crime? Ratting out the CF is not a political crime as it is a private org, at least in theory. We all know it is likely just an extension of the Clinton political machine built to provide arms-length plausible deniability, but how is that veil pierced to make political asylum a viable request?
