With two weeks to go before the presidential election, the Pennsylvania Republican Party has filed a lawsuit in federal court claiming the states law regarding poll watchers is unconstitutional.
The challenge comes as polls show a tight race between Republican nominee Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. In recent days on the campaign trail, Trump has warned of rigged elections in other communities including cities like Philadelphia.
The current state law, established in 1937, allows poll watchers to monitor locations only within the county in which they are registered to vote. The lawsuit claims that because some electoral districts are not restricted to a single county, the law violates voters free speech.

Get ahold of you Republican City or County Committee and volunteer, they all probably have headquarters up and running.
What do they do?
They sit near the election clerk and listen to the names of voters being read off, and check them off their voter list. It's actually sensible that they do live in the precinct, as they may well know the names and faces of local people, and can challenge a given ballot if they think fraud is happening.
It's another level of checks and balances.
After that last result, Filthydelphia votes should be thrown out. Same with anyplace "finding boxes of ballots in a car trunk" etc.
Don’t know how it is now but many moons ago in NJ the Republicans and Democrats each had a list of the registered voters who were in the area covered by the voting machine. The list was supplied by the county clerk. This was the same list that the official voting machine workers used. They checked voters off as they came in and since most were locals they knew almost everyone. They were called challengers then not poll watchers and could challenger a voter that was not on the list or trying to vote under someone’s name illegally. It worked well.
