Thank you for referencing that article COBOL2Java. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

Pariots are reminded that the only civil rights that the states have amended the Constituton to expressly protect which deal with race and sex are voting rights as evidenced by the 15th and 19th amendments. Those amendments give Congress the power to make federal laws that protect race and sex only in the context of voting rights.

In other words, corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification federal lawmakers have been exploiting low-information voters with unconstitutonal civil rights protections in the following way. Lawmakers have been winning votes from such people by promising race and sex-related civil rights not related to voting issues, Title IX for example, such voters evidently not understanding that states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to protect such rights.
