Obama can Save Obamacare with 1 simple Executive Order, so could CONgress if they wanted to:

PEACE
Public Employee Affordable Care Enrollment Act.

ALL Persons that can be classified as a Public Employee or a Retired Public Employee, SHALL Be required to purchase their own Personal and Family Health Insurance from the Affordable Care Exchange in the State they legally reside.

With the Millions and Millions of NEW Enrollee’s that are INELIGIBLE for Subsidies joining the Exchange, the Prices will Stabilize and our PUBLIC EMPLOYEES will receive the Very Finest Health Insurance our Government has to Offer.

The Program will have been saved Permanently.
