If these were in the course of conducting Senate business, absolutely. But this appears to be entirely Presidential campaign stuff and stuff related to the transition. I'm a little surprised the email address wasn't something more "campaign-like" but these are innocuous.
Like others have said, I want to see emails from 2009-2016 for it to mean anything. This is kind of a big nothing.
