My experience with the military says that it IS a violation of national security. We WOULD classify process, systems, capabilities, etc. We must. It’s the only sane approach. You never reveal it, and if someone inadvertently reveals it you don’t confirm or deny.
That would mean they are engaged in repeating it ad nauseum to make it seem common place???

yeah, why would she rub it in? a slip is one thing (and why would she know anyhow? shouldn’t that be Dumb Joe’s bailiwick?) but to confirm is inexcusable.
That sounds like a sound answer. Before she said this, I had absolutely no idea how long it would take. I’m sure others with experience may know roughly. But, for people like myself - she just informed the entire world.
