Not all, just a hugely disproportionate number. The chart below, based on CDC data, shows cases of syphilis:

I suspect that some people will misinterpret that chart, thinking that it shows percentages. It does not. The Y axis shows actual cases of syphilis. That top "MSM" red line is entirely the product of the very small percentage of men who are homosexuals/bisexuals.

The percentage of homosexuals with STDs must be extremely high.
