It’s so ridiculous. If the deficit was cut by two thirds then the debt would not have doubled.
She's probably claiming that Obama has cut the trillion dollar plus deficits we had starting in 2009 due to the financial crisis, and then due to Obama's ridiculous spending. Deficits remained at $1 trillion plus for several years and have since settled around $600 billion, still the highest in history until 2009.
