I thought you were...but I must admit, it reminded me of this, from Cambridge, MA which is the liberal capital of the East, and I occasionally see it:

It makes me madder than Hell every time I see it, because Rachel Carson and her campaign against DDT is responsible for millions of deaths worldwide, and that slogan at the bottom captures in one sentence the inanity of liberalism.

Basically, we don't need any proof something is wrong, we just have to think something is wrong. Kind of like feminist attitudes towards sexual harassment and such. If they think it is...it is, and that is the end of it.
