This was no “honest mistake”. Someone has to open the valve from the outside, intentionally, and every bus driver should know this is illegal.

Just another case of Hillary and the DNC showing what they really think of the laws and the environment. This storm drain probably goes into a local waterway. If anyone thinks this will result in any charges, think again. Hillary walked away from at least a half dozen felonies good for at least 10 years in prison, you won’t even see our current administration even raise an eyebrow.
