A quick trip to the local DPW/building department to look at plans will tell you where the outfall is. Is that a fishing stream, lake, river...?

It is where I live......unless you’re an illegal alien. You’re allowed to move 6 or 7 mobile homes on an acre and dig furrows for the waste to run out of the mobile home into. Not kidding. They do it here all the time and no one shuts them down.
