I have been on those details (not Hillary’s) but others and World Leaders (Hillary should not count but she does) have 100% of their waste collected and disposed of by (lacky’s of SS? I don’t know, I was assigned to a couple of details many years ago and we gave the material as well as the container to folks that came with the advance party)
