What's really important here is the level of planning for the coup that overthrew the elected President Viktor Yanukovych, which brought to power (as heard on the recording) a group of select individuals described as "moderate democrats." In fact, most of them, including Oleh Tyahnybok (whom Nuland insists the new head of state consult four times weekly), are a far-right nationalist faction with overt and long-standing ties to the neo-Nazi movement. Meet the characters in the story that led to what's called "the worst crisis since the old cold war" and which Russia experts at American universities describe as a new cold war more dangerous than the first.

This conversation was hacked by the Russians and was released immediately 2 years ago. Apparently the conversation is to the American assistant secretary of state and the American ambassador to Ukraine. These two were careless in their conversation of this American sponsored coup not using secured lines and were discussing who the new players should be in the government they were installing in Ukraine.

I remember this very well when it broke 2 years ago.

Since the Ukraine has very close ties to Russia, this coup upset Putin.

If the Russians are behind the Wikileaks hacking, this explains why Putin wants to destroy the democrats. They are the one who took Ukraine away from him.

It is impossible to tell Ukraine to stay out of US elections, when Obama staged a coup in Ukraine and installed a government to his liking.

Now we need Putin to release the 33,000 e-amils and we have checkmate.
