Perhaps they will portage their submarines over land like the Vikings did :)

Wasilla is about 2 miles inland from the Knik Arm of the larger Cook Inlet. However, much of the Knik Arm in that area is essentially mud flats with water depths not charted more than a fathom or two (a few meters). Therefore, for this attack on the US via Wasilla, they would have to portage their submarines much farther than those 2 miles.
