(WND) – State looks to allow men who identify as women to use restroom of choice
A move by the state of Iowa to classify churches as “public accommodations” and require them to allow men who say they are women to use women’s restrooms is causing an “objectively reasonable” fear that they will be prosecuted, a federal judge has ruled.
U.S. District Judge Stephanie Rose refused to dismiss a case brought by the Fort Des Moines Church of Christ against the state’s Civil Rights Commission, finding that the church already was self-censoring its statements because of a fear of prosecution.
“The court concludes the chilling of plaintiff’s speech constitutes an injury in fact for the purpose of standing,” she wrote.

What’s this “constitution” thing you’re referring to?
I would LOVE to see inauguration day festivities eliminate all the camera's showing people arriving, walking to their seats, all the musical hoopla ... and show a brief, "Do you solemnly swear to ... " etc. .. a 5 minute allowance for the camera's and microphone's to melt from applause and then switch right over to Oprah and let Trump start eliminating.
Will this apply to mosques as well? Or will they be allowed—unlike Churches—to practice their own private brand of social justice?

I don’t get why Trump doesn’t hammer on this whackjobbery. Every blue collar dem I have talked to about this crap is aghast at the party leadership on this. But they were all men. Maybe women will look at it as bigotry or something?

Soon preaching any politically incorrect message from the pulpit will be prosecuted as a hate crime, church school and Sunday school topics will be censored and home schooling banned. Of course Muslim groups can spew anti Semitic hate and jihad with impunity.
As muslims are exempt from the Affordable Care act, mosques will also be exempt from public accomodations law.
